Shipping and Returns Policy


1. When will my order be handled?

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

2. How will my order be shipped?

Our products are sourced from around the world. We work and build vetted relationships with suppliers to make sure that we can reliably deliver our nature-inspired products to your door step at an affordable price.

3. Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Yep! All orders come with FREE international shipping which takes 4-7 weeks. This free international shipping comes direct from our fulfilment centres and has limited tracking up until the parcel leaves China. We think that's pretty cool considering it's free!

You can pay a little more (under $5) and get complete tracking with your items. This shipping takes 2-4 weeks.

4. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer express/expedited shipping as there is no stock held locally.

Returns Policy

1. How do I return my items?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 100 days from receiving your order.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from will be accepted. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. The cost of the return is to be covered in full by the customer. 

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without receipt may be refused. Discover Qi reserves the right to deny any return.

2. Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

All our products come with 1-2 years warranty. When launching a warranty claim, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

4. How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

5. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
